By using this website or booking services with Uniquee Booths, you agree to the following terms.

General Agreement

Uniquee Booths (UB) agrees to provide photo booth services at the event location listed in your booking.

UB retains ownership of all photos and videos and may use them for marketing purposes unless a private event is requested in advance.

Bookings & Deposits

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date.

Your date is not secured until the deposit is received. Deposits must be submitted within 3 days of signing.

Cancellations will not result in a refund. If UB must cancel due to an emergency, a refund will be issued minus applicable taxes.

Final Payment

Final payment is due 7 days before the event.

Payments must be made through the provided booking link.

A $50 late fee may apply if payment is not received by 2 PM on the following business day.

If payment remains unpaid after 48 hours, the booking may be canceled and the deposit will not be refunded.

Event Changes

Date or time changes may be requested but are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing.

Additional fees may apply if a different booth or staffing is required.

Additional Costs

Unlimited printing for large guest counts may require additional film costs.

Outdoor setups must be fully covered or shaded. If not provided, a tent rental is available for $150.

Additional time requested on the event date is billed at $80 per 30 minutes and will be charged at the end of service.

Drop-Off Services

For drop-off rentals without an attendant, the client is fully responsible for the equipment during the rental period.

UB is not responsible for interruptions caused by guest misuse, movement, or disconnection of equipment.

Equipment must remain in its original setup location and connected to power.

Damage Responsibility

Clients are responsible for any damage, loss, or misuse of equipment.

UB reserves the right to pause or stop services in unsafe conditions, including severe weather. No refunds will be issued in these cases.

Service Fees

A service fee may apply to select packages. This fee supports operational costs and service quality.

SMS Terms of Service

By providing your phone number through our website, booking forms, or third-party platforms such as Bark, you agree to receive SMS messages from Uniquee Booths related to your inquiry or booking.

Messages may include:

• Proposal links
• Booking confirmations
• Event reminders
• Follow-ups
