Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 18, 2026

All payments made to Uniquee Booths are subject to the following refund policy.

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable.

A deposit is required to reserve your event date and secure availability. Once paid, the date is removed from our booking calendar.

Cancellations

Client cancellations will not result in a refund of any payments made.

If full payment has been submitted, no portion will be refunded.

Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule may be accommodated based on availability and must be confirmed in writing.

Additional fees may apply depending on the new event details.

Company Cancellations

If Uniquee Booths must cancel due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, a refund will be issued for payments made, excluding any non-recoverable expenses and applicable taxes.

Service Interruptions

No refunds will be issued for interruptions in service caused by:

  • Guest misuse or interference with equipment
  • Loss of power or venue-related issues
  • Unsafe weather conditions
  • Any circumstances outside of Uniquee Booths control

Outdoor Events

Clients are responsible for providing a safe, covered setup area.

If a tent or covering is rented through Uniquee Booths, it will be set up prior to service. In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions, the tent may not be installed or may be removed to prevent damage.

If adequate coverage is not available, services may be paused or canceled for safety reasons. No refunds will be issued in these cases.

By booking services with Uniquee Booths, you agree to this refund policy.
